104 कल्पना की दिशा
पीछे की चर्चा पीछे पड़ी है, पर कीमती है। इतनी कीमती कि समझ में आ जाए तो माया का खेल खत्म!
देखें, संसार सत्य मालूम पड़ता है, है नहीं, है कल्पना। परमात्मा सत्य है, पर कल्पना मालूम पड़ता है, क्यों?
क्योंकि नियम यह है कि कल्पना ही घनीभूत होकर कालांतर में दृश्य बनकर, नंगी आँखों से दिखने लगती है। स्वप्न कैसा सत्य सा भासता है, पर है तो कल्पना की दृढ़ता ही? बस ऐसा ही यह जाग्रत का जगत भी सत्य सा भास रहा है, है कोरी कल्पना।
भूत की कल्पना भय, कामिनी की कल्पना काम, कंचन की कल्पना लोभ, मृत्यु की कल्पना कंपन उत्पन्न नहीं करती क्या? सूक्ष्म देह की कल्पना, स्थूल देह में कंपन आदि उत्पन्न करती ही है।
तो करना क्या है? जैसे जगत की कल्पना ने बंधन में डाला है, अब ईश्वर के स्वरूप की कल्पना करनी है। फिर जैसे काँटे से काँटा निकाल कर दोनों ही छूट जाते हैं, ईश्वर की कल्पना घनीभूत होने पर जब जगत की कल्पना में सत्य बुद्धि न रहेगी, कल्पना से कल्पना कट जाएगी, तब दोनों कल्पनाओं को कल्पना जान कर, अपने स्वरूप में स्थित हो रहना है। बताओ तो तोतापुरी महाराज ने खुद रामकृष्ण के हाथों काली का सिर कटवाया या नहीं?
यही नामजप का रहस्य है, अनन्त वस्तुओं और व्यक्तियों के नामरूपों को हटाने के लिए, एक ईश्वरीय नामरूप पकड़ा, खाँसी छूटी तो दवाई भी छूट गई। जगत की कल्पना थी तो बंधन था, ईश्वर की कल्पना मुक्तिकारी हो गई।
हमें मन की कल्पना की आदत नहीं छुड़ानी, कल्पना का विषय बदल देना है। बस काम हो गया समझो।
बच्चा चाकू से खेल रहा है, छीनोगे तो रोएगा, हाथ कटने का भी भय है। बस उसे एक खिलौना दिया, उसे पाकर चाकू छूट गया, माँ ने चाकू छिपा लिया, कुछ देर खेल कर उसने खिलौना भी छोड़ दिया और माँ की गोदी में सिमट कर सो गया।
क्या गजब सनातन धर्म है, है कोई मुकाबला? पहले बचपन में मूर्ति में परमात्मा की कल्पना करना सिखाया, बाद में उसी कल्पना को भीतर ले गए और अंतःकरण में कल्पना करने लगे।
लोकेशानन्द से पूछो तो जिनको भी प्राप्ति नहीं हो रही है, उनको कारण यही है कि जगत की कल्पना जितनी दृढ़ है, उतनी दृढ़ कल्पना ईश्वर की नहीं हो रही है।

Then, as the thorn is removed from another thorn and both thorns are thrown away, when Bhagwan’s imagination is condensed, the world does not seem to be true, world’s imagination will be cut off from the other, then both imaginations are left away, and you remain in your true form. This is the secret of chanting, to remove countless names and forms of the world, Bhagwan’s one name and form is caught, when the cough was cured, there was no need for any medicine.
Because of the imagination of the world there was bondage, Bhagwan’s imagination freed.
We should not relinquish mind’s habit of imagining, change the subject of imagination.
The child is playing with a knife, if you take it forcibly there is fear of cutting hand. Just gave him a toy, after finding it, he left the knife, mother hid the knife, after playing for some time, he left the toy too and fell asleep in the mother’s dock.
